Keelboat Program - Learn to Sail on bigger boats
Albury Wodonga Discover Sailing Centre now offers the Australian Sailing Keelboat Program. Learn to sail on larger boats on beautiful Lake Hume.
We will offer the:
- Start Crewing course, an introduction over 12 hours to the basics of sailing, including basic boat handling, safety and knowledge of sailing.
- Start Helming course over 12 hours, for people with some keelboat experience, including participants who have completed the Start Crewing course. Participants will earn the basics of boat steering, handling and sail trimming.
Both courses will be run by experienced and qualified Australian Sailing Keelboat Instructors on the Club own boat, "Hagar", for four hours over three weekends.
Cost is $360 for each course.
